How many treatments are needed?

How should I prepare for a treatment?

It’s best to have had a meal or snack 1-2 hours before your treatment. You will most
likely be laying face up or down on a comfortable table. If you have problems in this
position let your practitioner know so they can provide the most comfortable position for
you. It is best to wear loose fitting clothes or bring some to change into at your
appointment. Do not consume alcoholic beverages before your treatment. Be sure to
inform us of any medications you are taking.

What should I expect?

During the treatment you should feel relaxed and comfortable. Many patients find the
